Kids day @ the Indians game!
We had a fantastic Memorial Day weekend. We spent 4 1/2 days out of town and I have some organizing to do with my photos before I post the details of our weekend, but I'll just tell you now--every minute of the weekend was wonderful!
Last weekend Scott and Jaden went to a Cleveland Indians game vs. the Cincinnati Reds. It was Jaden's first time going to a major league baseball game and a perfect day for Scott to take her because it was Kids day!
They got ready and left early in the afternoon...
Jaden had to eat a hotdog at the stadium--it wouldn't be the perfect baseball experience without one, eh? She wore her daddy's hat to help keep cool and to keep the sun out of her eyes.
Scott took Jaden into a shop full of kids' shirts, hats and souvenirs where she chose the foam finger. She's been playing with and sleeping with it ever since!
She also got to have ice cream in a mini ball cap cup, so all in all it was a perfect day for little Jadie-girl. She had daddy's special attention, food and treats--what more could a little girl ask for?!
Oh yeah, and the Indian's won the game!
